S'il est autorisé de *compiler* tout ce bazar ensemble, la *redistribution* du résultat doit se faire sous licence GPL ; or puisqu'il y a des morceaux de code non-GPL, notamment encore et decode qui ont une licence affreuse, la redistribution de binaires n'est pas possible.
